- @topinnews@flipboard.socialThe Dali, a Singapore-flagged cargo ship that caused the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, finally left the Port of Baltimore on Monday, according to the U.S. Coast Guard. The ship collided into a support pillar of the bridge at 1:28 a.m. on March 26, causing the bridge to snap and tumble into the Patapsco River below. In a report, the National Transportation Safety Board said the 947-foot ship suffered a pair of power losses in the minutes before it struck the bridge, leaving the ship without propulsion to help steer away from one of the bridge’s piers.
