    The Riven remake is wonderful. I don’t remember much about the original except the world feels accurate, but its approach to puzzle design is amazing. Reminds me of more recent games like Chants of Sennar where the world is the puzzle, not a just bunch of random self-contained logic challenges.

    That’s Riven finished. Not sure where I got stuck playing the ‘97 version, and I imagine I had an easier time in the remake due to the redesigned puzzles - but I like to think it’s because I’m much more smort guy now 😎

    Just saw a review of the Riven remake saying it's better than Myst. That is not a new fact. The original Riven was better than Myst.

    The new Riven remake is even better than Myst The original developers revised puzzles and realized the immersive world in 3D.
