With all the accolades for The Shining and Popeye and Nashville, let's not forget Faerie Tale Theatre, Shelley Duvall's labor of love that was one of my favorite things to watch on HBO as a kid, and probably one of the reasons I have loved and studied fairy tales my whole life.
